Meet Our Leadership Team
Mike previously served as CEO of UK-based Pace plc from 2011 to 2016. At Pace, which was publicly listed on the London Stock Exchange, Mike led the company’s successful transformation from a hardware company to a provider of integrated hardware and software systems and services. He also led the company’s sale to ARRIS Group in early 2016.
John has vast experience in financial leadership, business operations, acquisitions and divestitures for global Fortune 500, small public and Private Equity owned companies. He previously served in Finance leadership roles at CFGI, TIVO, TE Connectivity, Motorola and Honeywell.
Karen leads Verifone’s Legal organization. She previously served in legal leadership roles at Flextronics and Intuit and represented technology companies at the law firm Fenwick & West. She is a graduate of Stanford Law School and Princeton University.
Bruce sets the strategy for our Engineering and Product organizations. He previously served in technology leadership roles at Blonder Tongue Laboratories, Humax Americas, Pace and Digital Latin America.
Peyton’s 20 years of HR experience in an array of industries serves her well as she leads our global HR organization responsible for supporting and executing strategic human resource Verifone business needs. She previously served in leadership roles at Neiman Marcus, IFCO Systems, Dr Pepper Snapple Group and Tyson Foods.
Tom has a wealth of executive-level operations and supply chain leadership experience and success at large multinational electronics companies. Most recently he served at TE Connectivity, Flextronics, ITT and Honeywell Aerospace.
Tim has a proven track record leading and growing B2B hardware, software and service sales organizations. Most recently he served in various executive leadership roles at CommScope, Arris and Pace.
Bulent joined Verifone in 2006 and has held a variety of sales leadership roles in markets around the world. Prior to Verifone he was VP of Marketing and Business Development at Lipmna.
Paris brings more than 20 years of payments industry leadership experience focusing on strategic actions and results-oriented approaches. He is responsible for driving Verifone’s omnichannel strategy throughout the APAC region.
